So Kate has developed a love for oatmeal. When she got home from school today, she asked to have another bowl as a snack. Being the good mommy I am, I said yes, of course, healthy oatmeal! Then she asked to eat it outside… which I thought was odd, but I didn’t really have a problem with it.
Next thing I know, she runs in and announces that snails love oatmeal too!
I go outside to this:
5 minutes later there were actually 4 of them eating it.
Bizarre.
Sha-pow! 
now they’ll never be able to fend for themselves in the wild…

Watch out for thorn and his wildlife protection program.
He might sneak over under the cover of darkness, scoop up those snails and release them into the wild with all of his raccoon rescues.
